How much do team and staff headshots cost in NYC?
Team headshots are priced per person, generally $99 to $200 per person depending on group size and session length, plus a $400 on-location setup fee. On-location sessions have a $1,095 minimum. Individuals can also book a $299 session on one of our pop-up studio days, held on scheduled dates. Contact us for a custom proposal for your team.
How long does each team headshot take?
Most team members need about 5 to 10 minutes in front of the camera. With multiple photographers and setups, we can photograph large teams in a single day while keeping everyone close to their desks.
How many people can you photograph in one day?
We photograph teams of 5 to 500+. For larger groups we bring multiple photographers and lighting setups so the day stays on schedule.
How does scheduling work for our staff?
We send you one online scheduling link. Each team member books their own time slot, gets reminders, and arrives when it suits their workday, so there is no spreadsheet for you to manage.
Can you match headshots for new hires and remote employees?
Yes. We keep your lighting, background, and retouching specifications on file so new hires, promotions, and staff in other offices match your existing team page.
Do you offer hair and makeup for team headshots?
Yes. We can add a professional hair and makeup artist to your headshot day for touch-ups before each person steps in front of the camera. We also send preparation tips to everyone ahead of time.
What should our team wear for headshots?
