Our team and staff headshots take place in your offices or in the location of your choice. Our team headshots are perfect for updating the branding for your entire company, for all new hires, smaller teams or when employees who work remotely come into corporate headquarters. Blue Sky’s has multiple professional photographers so we can set up multiple studios and get all of your headshots done quickly and efficiently. This allows your team members to get back to work. Our team and group headshot sessions are billed per person in a tiered pricing structure.

What can you expect from a Blue Sky’s Corporate team headshot session?
Professional studio set up including the backdrop of your choice, professional lighting, and posing equipment.
We will provide you a link to our scheduling software to send out to your organization, so every team member of your team can book their own spot
Once the team members schedule their headshot appointment, they will receive a detailed email with what to expect from the headshot session and clothing recommendations
Blue Sky’s will email every employee the day before their session to remind them of the time.
Each person will have 5-10 minutes in our studio for their personalized headshot session.
Each Blue Sky’s headshot session includes multiple poses so your staff will be able to select the best image of themselves.
Each Blue Sky’s Photographer has extensive training on working with professionals to get comfortable in front of the camera. We coach each team member through the session, ensuring that they feel comfortable and look and feel their very best in the headshot.
Blue Sky’s will provide an online gallery with individual folders for each employee to select their best image from the session.
