Do you provide photography for multiple commercial properties?
Yes. We regularly coordinate tenant amenity headshot events and corporate headshot programs across multiple buildings in a portfolio, with one consistent standard for lighting, booking, and retouching. For portfolios outside New York, we also photograph in Chicago, San Francisco, Southern California, and Austin.
Can tenant headshots be part of our building's amenities programming?
Absolutely. Professional headshot events are one of the most popular tenant amenities. We provide a custom booking link that can be shared through your tenant app, newsletter, or amenities calendar, and we manage reminders, wardrobe guidance, and image delivery directly with each tenant.
How long does each tenant headshot take at an amenity event?
Amenity headshot sessions are about 5 minutes per person, so one photographer can photograph around 12 tenants an hour. For high-demand buildings we bring two photographers to double capacity.
How much do commercial real estate headshots cost in NYC?
Tenant amenity events are priced as half-day activation programs, scaled to one or two photographers. Corporate team headshots for real estate firms are generally $99 to $200 per person depending on team size, plus a $400 on-location setup fee. Yes. We provide certificates of insurance and are experienced working in union buildings, high-security properties, and active office environments in Manhattan.

How quickly are images delivered?
Each participant receives a private proof gallery to choose a favorite and request retouching. Final retouched images are typically delivered in 7 to 10 days, ready for LinkedIn, websites, and marketing materials.
