How a corporate headshot session works
Our process is simple for your team and easy on your office manager. Here is what to expect, from the first call to final delivery.
Plan your session
We consult on style, backdrop, and logistics, match your brand guidelines, and provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your building.
Photo session on-site
We set up a full mobile studio in your office. Most people take 5–10 minutes with friendly expression coaching; executives often prefer 15.
Select your images
Review images in real time on-site, or choose your favorites later in a private online proofing gallery.
Retouch & deliver
Final images are professionally retouched with brand-consistent color and crops, typically delivered in 7–10 days. Same-day selects and on-site delivery are available for events.

How much do corporate headshots cost in NYC?
Most NYC corporate headshot programs range from $99 to $200 per person, plus a $400 on-location studio setup fee. Your rate depends on group size and session length: larger groups receive lower per-person pricing, while longer 15-minute executive sessions, popular with law firms and leadership teams, sit at the higher end. Flat half-day and full-day rates are also available for bigger programs. The minimum on-location booking is $1,095, and individuals can join one of our $299 pop-up studio days on scheduled dates. Is there a minimum group size?
There's no strict minimum group size. Our minimum on-location booking is $1,095, which covers most small executive and C-suite sessions. Individuals who don't need an on-site session can join one of our $299 pop-up studio days, held on scheduled dates.
What is included with each headshot?
Every person photographed receives one fully retouched, high-resolution image with brand-consistent color and cropping. Additional retouched images can be added if you would like more than one.

Do you come to our office?
Yes. We bring a full mobile studio with professional lighting and backdrops to any office in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the NYC metro area. How long does each person take?
Most people take 5 to 10 minutes, including friendly expression coaching. Executives and partners often prefer a 15-minute session for more variety.
How many people can you photograph in one day?
One photographer can comfortably photograph up to 50 people in a half day or up to 100 people in a full day. For larger companies we add photographers and studio setups, and we regularly run programs from 5 to 500+ people across multiple floors or offices.
Can you match our existing headshot style?

Delivery & images
How fast will we receive our headshots?
Final retouched headshots are typically delivered in 7 to 10 days. For events and tight deadlines, same-day selects and on-site delivery are available.
How do employees choose their photos?
Employees can review their images in real time during the session, or choose later in a private online proofing gallery. By default each person gets their own folder within your company gallery, and fully private individual galleries are available on request.
