Individual headshots can often be scheduled within a week. For team headshot days or corporate events, we recommend 3 to 4 weeks' notice, especially in busy seasons.

We give you a personalized scheduling link to share internally. Each person books their own time slot and receives automated confirmations, reminders, and wardrobe guidance, so the day runs on time.

Team headshots are generally $99 to $200 per person depending on team size and session length, plus a $400 on-location setup fee. On-location sessions have a $1,095 minimum, which typically covers a C-suite or small leadership group. Individuals can book a $299 session on one of our pop-up studio days. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and company purchase orders for corporate clients.

Both. We bring a complete mobile studio to offices and event venues throughout New York City. We also hold $299 pop-up studio days on scheduled dates in Manhattan, and for larger teams we can book a private Manhattan studio for your session.

For team headshot days, most people need about 5 to 10 minutes each. Individual executive sessions typically take 8 to 15 minutes, depending on wardrobe changes and how many looks you want.

Yes. We match lighting, background color, crop, and retouching to your brand guidelines, so new hires and promotions blend in with the rest of your team.

Each person receives a private gallery to choose a favorite and add retouching notes. Final retouched images are typically delivered in 7 to 10 days, with faster delivery options available for events.

Yes. Every selected image includes professional, natural retouching for a polished look that still looks like you.

Yes. We are fully insured and provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for every building we work in, which most New York City office buildings require.
